Anoro Ellipta is only for people with COPD and shouldn’t be used to treat asthma. This inhaler combines the medications umeclidinium and vilanterol which both work by relaxing the muscles in the airways which improves breathing. This medication should be used regularly to be effective and is not a quick relief inhaler.
